Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoes are in their original box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx or UPS location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
